Brand new, never opened. I received this as a gift months ago (along with the matching daytime moisturizer and eye cream) and I'm still working my way through other products. I would rather someone else get use out of it than have it cluttering my vanity. I'm very open to offers, especially if you bundle this with the other IT products (or anything else in my closet 🙂). I can't explain the mismatched batch codes. I received the product exactly as shown here -- I'm guessing there was a hiccup on the assembly line at the factory. The batch code on the container confirms it's authentic. (the box is also authentic if that matters to you.) If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to ask questions! Happy holidays! ⛄
