Italian Adele Altman sweater and lace dress size small-ish

Purchased in Italy, given the tag I think it was from a boutique when we were in Rome (around 2018). Size II, about a small. Pretty woven knit long sleeve Peruvian blend sweater dress and lace trim hems. Classic, timeless, chic. Quite sexy and understated when on. Can be worn year round, double layer. Has some side slits that come up mid thigh on me when I’m thinner. I’d like to keep but it’s too small on me now. Could pair with knee high boots, stilettos, kitten heels, wedges, ballet flats, and a Chanel or Louis Vuitton bag. I wore it once in Vegas as pictured with a snake skin and gold chained belt.
