@stellas777 along the shoulder seam: 21", laying flat across the chest (armpit to armpit): 22.5". Does that help?

@emilypwyatt tyvm I'm trying to figure if it's a jacket that you can wear a sweater underneath or one that is so fitted on me that I can only wear a tshirt. Ty again for the info. Btw cute puppy!

@stellas777 thank you! The jacket is technically a men's size. It's about a large. For reference, I wear usually a size large top and have a 34 D chest. And I can zip it with about 4 inches of extra room around my chest. The arms are not tight on me at all, plenty of room for a sweater. I don't think it looks like a really masculine jacket. It could easily be worn by a woman!
