I bought this in Italy and absolutely LOVE the open back. It's a size 4 and I just dry cleaned it. It doesn't fit me anymore so hopefully someone can enjoy it as much as I did! It has some give so 4/6 will fit it. You just tie the back a little looser depending on your size.
