Italian Silk Skirt

I bought this silk and cotton skirt from an Italian designer in DUMBO, but I cut out the tag so I can’t remember the exact name. It’s gorgeous. The outer layer is a wispy, super soft silk. The inner layer is a cotton blend skirt with lace detailing along the front hem line. Stretchy waistband (measures 14” across laying flat). Fits a size small. Intricate weave detailing at waistband. Really feminine and beautiful skirt. High-low hemline.
