Italian Velvet Skirt

High waisted skirt with flower prints on the navy velvet. Silk ruffled detail around the waist area. Has pockets. Used once but in great condition without defects. Very classy skirt that's great for dressing up or down. Doesn't have a size but. Would say it's a zero.
