THERE IS LIGHT DAMAGE TO THE BOOK COVER- but it's a lot of fixable wear expected with the age. The pages are very clean- and the parchment paper as well. I couldn't find any writing on the pages- the $1 on the mark on the front inner cover. Color photos are in great condition. Page edges are discolored with age but still great. It's condition is shockingly great for 120 year old book- especially compared to past sold books. Will be shipped water proof in plastic bag and then shipped in a box with insurance for final selling price and signature upon delivery for pickup.
