Italian high waisted pencil skirt

Momoni is an Italian brand that can’t be found in the US. I impulsively bought this beauty from the momoni store in Paris in 2018. Its never been worn and I’ve only held onto it for so long out of buyers guilt. It’s time for it to find a home who loves and wears it. Beautiful fit and fabric, GREAT quality. Outside of the skirt feels kind of velvety and soft, a little bit of stretch. Has belt loops but was not purchased with a belt. The tag says size 40 but that’s for EU sizes so it fits as S or XS
