Italian leather and inlaid turquoise belt

I can’t be sure that the inlay turquoise is actually turquoise or maybe just a turquoise colored stone but the belt is definitely leather made in Italy. There is a tiny bit of tarnish Around the inlay segment . Otherwise in excellent condition
