Italian made flyaway back T-shirt

Beautiful lightweight T-shirt pleats open in the back with a beautiful Flowey viscose scarf print in a beautiful blue and green floral. This is a large although the tag says small I don’t understand that, the tag at the neck states large and I am a medium/large in my tops and this fits beautifully. Gently worn. Short sleeves are naturally rolled up.
