Italian pale blue cotton Topper over a lightweight white cotton blouse XL

This beautiful pairing was made in Italy, comprised of a cotton viscose pale blue Topper - accented with eilette & lace, clear sequins and a lovely knitted front panel. The back of this Topper is designed with an eilette panel across the top, and a ruffle across the bottom. The white cotton shirt is worn under the Topper and has button hole tabs for affixing to the Topper. Worn separately or together as shown, this outfit is incredibly comfortable and great for daily wear or dressing up. Size XL (I would say size 18-20) Never worn!! (I bought an extra in the wrong size)
