Italian rainboots ankle boots with buckle

Completely water proof, elegant rain boots that I bought in Rome. Worn once but no longer needed when I came home. They are one piece rubber with a foam padded foot and elastic stretch inset for a comfortable fit around the ankle. There is a beautiful gold tone buckle at the ankle. The quirk is that the shoes are one size apart, which never bothered me and I didn't realize until I got them out to sell. Left shoe is EU size 40, right shoe is EU size 38. Both fit US 9.5.
