Italian silk/rayon skirt from Sonia Speciale, 8, NWT. Black embellished stripes.

A great holiday skirt with a button up (or not) bustle, black silk/rayon stripes alternating with cream and brown stripes. Fits at the waist with a slightly full but straight drop. The fullness at the back can be buttoned up inside the skirt to create a bustle. Would look great with a high-necked black lace top and black ankle boots. Size 8, NWT.
