Italian sports coat with elbow patches. Made in Italy, never worn.

I bought this lovely jacket in Rome two years ago. I have never been able to wear it since the sleeves are a little long on me. This coat says it is a size xxxl, but I normally wear an xtra large and this fits me perfectly except for the longer sleeves.
