Italian summer dress

Summer casual dress bought in Italy. Soft cotton, stretchy in the upper part. Embroidered accents in the front from hip to hip. There is a thin underskirt with no hem attached to mid length I bought it at a boutique in Tuscany. I lost the tag but it has not been worn. The size says XXXL but it looks like a L or XL. Armpit to armpit is 18" and it can stretch to 21 ". The length from the armpit down is 38"
