Italian trenchcoat size medium

Gorgeous double breasted trench coat made in Milano Italy in excellent condition. 100% wool and fully lined. No size tag can be found. It measures 20" armpit to armpit and 42" in length. There is one very small mark on the underside of right arm below the armpit as depicted in pics. Absolutely cannot be seen when worn. I personally have not tried to get it out. Otherwise it is in pristine condition.
