these beautiful pants begin with fold over waistband. It will stretch easily to 17 inches. Their mayor of the pan is what’s normally sold as a Italian silk but it’s not so it’s a viscose poly blend. That is sheer or semi sheer, but it’s also lined to about thesize with that same knit of the fold over waistband. Lovely flowing pants in excellent condition.
