It’s a heavy black dress

It’s a thickly made black dress, and is cinched at the waist. There are cinches going down the dress as well, there are small sleeves. There are silver circle loops on the front of the dress, and a silver zipper on the back of the dress. The dress is knee length and stretchy. It’s size 12 but can fit a size 14 comfortably.
