It’s a skirt with crosses on the bottom, black, Medium, has shorts under.

It’s very comfy. Long but not too long. Got it at a website called Punk Design for $29.90 it came with a belt but it’s not in good shape so I’m not selling it. If you want the belt message me and I can send you a pic of it If you want it for free. But over all it’s a great skirt don’t want it cuz I’m not into punk style.(last pic is from the website)
