pouchcatato @watchveteran damn. I’ll try my very best to remember. Was a combination of zeros and nines for sure cause we needed an easy password - it won’t let you see the IMEI if you don’t set the iPad up and this part you can’t skip. I will try to get the number. If for some reason I can’t how can this be solved? Thanks !

pouchcatato @watchveteran @watchveteran like I said setting a password was a part of setting up the iPad cause if you don’t link it to secure WiFi you won’t be able to see settings. I mean is Apple able to unlock it knowing it’s a combination of 0’s and 9’s? I am SO SO sorry again! We should have done this as soon as you got it back for a fresher memory but oh well. He’s at the meeting but as soon as he gets back to me let’s see what we can do, ok?

pouchcatato @watchveteran so I spoke to my husband - unfortunately he doesn’t remember the password. I just spoke to a buddy of mine - a programmer - he said if you connect the iPad to iTunes and press Home button and lower volume button at the same time it’ll take you to the erase screen so you could just erase all the settings. Try this and please lmk. If it doesn’t work we will think about something else.

pouchcatato @watchveteran basically all you have to do is to connect to iTunes via usb cable and click restore. Let me know if that helps

leolivetree Just following up to let you know I received the erroneous suit in the mail today. Posh tells me only bundles can be returned (they really need to address that in their program). Anyhow, I had to enter that I only received one suit back for billing purposes. I’m not sure how they’ll have us proceed but if they put through a full charge to you, I will just mail you the correct printed suit on my own. I don’t know how they will proceed. 👍 Sorry for all the hassle. 😞

pouchcatato @leolivetree Ugh. I had to wear the other suit to work that night. I literally had nothing to swim in. I understand it makes it easier for them to handle bundle returns. I don’t want them to refund me and you having to pay for shipping another suit back. Lmk if they get it. Otherwise let’s find another solution. Thank you again for your cooperation.

leolivetree @twoeyedhexe it looks that way, which is ridiculous. I can understand my covering shipping costs due to my mistake on the one suit but they literally just stole from me. They really need to address their issues. Needless to say, if this is what they deem a fair solution, I will no longer be shipping the other suit. I hope you understand.

pouchcatato @leolivetree no of course not. This is ridiculous. I replied to their email with an explanation. If they finally understand and cancel refund that’d be great. If they don’t I’ll probably just ask you to change price for other suit to 25 and buy it. What they did is not fair.
