1980's does Edwardian "Kristina Alexander" frou frou secretary blouse with a very *extra* ornamental lace collar.
Material is polyester
Vintage Size 6 -- but there is lots of room in there - FITS LIKE A LARGE
Fits up to a 38" Bust and the Waist is free
The sleeves are gathered at the top with a large pleat over top which is a really interesting detail I do not see a lot.
