@kkeellsseeyy01 Hi! Most Express 00 pants fit me big, I'm a 24 in jeans if that helps. I think these definitely aren't true 00's but maybe they feel bigger on me bc I don't have much hips or legs, and I'm short but these are in the 26 range. I do own other express 00 that fit better, so it might just be the cut or style that's supposed to be a little looser on these but end up being too loose on me. Hope that helps! (:
