Hey :) So this is another one of my FAVS from my closet. Brand is "Pretty Good". Its very Bohemian and I've had so many compliments wearing this top. Ruffled collar and cap sleeves. Bright Blue Stitching with matching buttons that can be unbuttoned to cover or show as much as you want. Elastic waist showing a bit of the tummy if adjusted upward which is how it should be worn. You can pull it straight down as well. Sheer so needs a bralette, camisole, or over a bathing suit top.
