This piece was amazing brand new and it's still amazing today. its a V neck Drop shoulder that hugs the body, Wesr it with a skirt or cute jeans and you'll be looki g fabulous. The elastic is in great shape, I wore once and never had the opportunity to wear again. I've only held onto it telling myself I would fit into it again one day. That days not coming.
