Ivory Ribbon Tulle Floral and Crystal Wedding Sash Belt

New with tags Wedding belt / sash Ivory ribbon. Tulle border / underlay on the center of it and tulle flowers.  Ivory and blush colored flowers made of tulle with crystals throughout. I purchased this and never ended up wearing it.  While it is new with tags, there is a stain at the very end of the sash (5 inches from the end).  The original prices on the sash was $495. I purchased it for $250, knowing about the defect, and since it was at the very end, I didn't care - I was going to cut that part off (it was plenty long to use for me!) I have photographed the defect.  There is also an area of tulle that is slightly sticking up (pictured zoomed in). I imagine with steaming this will go down, but part of the beauty of this sash is the imperfect nature of the tulle and the tulle flowers. I didn't notice this when I bought it, but noticed it upon photographing and want to be upfront about details of this sash! Come from a pet-free smoke-free home - was stored in the dark in tissue paper in a box.
