This Little girls Ivory Dress is Stunning!! The Sleeveless dress is done in a rich Ivory Creme Raw Dupioni Silk. The raw silk texture is Gorgeous!! The bodice is fully smocked with a Cream Interlocking Embroidery stitch. The craftsmanship is impeccable!! This is a very UNIQUE stitch and very detailed- not commonly seen on smocked garments (very time-consuming). White seed beads are hand-sewn at each intersection. A matching silk piping adorns the neckline and arm openings. A narrow matching piping sits where the skirt gathers and smocking join. The skirt is done in a matching Ivory Creme Silk and has three layers of crinoline tulle (just enough body to give some volume and not lay flat against underskirt.) The back has an upper button closure done in matching fabric covered buttons (a very high-end detail). A matching tie back sash adds a finishing touch and makes for the perfect fit.
