alicew99 @lovettgraines Hi... thanks for your intrest. It measures 18 in from shoulder to waist, the bottom half measures 13 in from waist to bottom. It is very short when worn. The dress falls about 5 in above my knee...I'm 5'3. It also rides up when sitting. I wore it for a girls trip to Vegas...perfect for the clubs. Just wanted to ensure you're aware of the length.
