Ivory and black skirt

Ivory and black dot skirt with thick black waistband. Double layered so you cannot see through it. Underplayed has a pretty lace detailing along the bottom. 16.5-17” length. Can be worn along hips or almost waist depending on preference. Great condition. Size XS but runs a little big
