NWT Navy and ivory plaid tie waist jumpsuit in a size medium. Straps are adjustable. Purchased from Dottie Couture. Seems pretty true to size. Would be cute for game day. Inseam is 27 inches and the waist is 15 inches unstretched, but also has the tie around the waist.
