Ivory chiffon ruffled tunic

Very pretty!! Has pin tucks and pearl buttons along with feminine ruffled along the bottom. There is an elastic waistband and belt loops but belt is missing. Measurements laying flat: armpit to armpit 19" waist 14" unstretched 18.5" stretched hips open up to about 24" length 31.5"
