leabooms What are the measurements? Shoulder to shoulder, bust, length from shoulder to end of skirt, length of skirt (does it sit on waist or hip?) and arm circumference (around biceps) and length of arm

rvillie @leabooms I added measurements. The lining under top is a tank. I measured from strap to strap and you can see where the strap fits on shoulder which is inside from where a normal sleeve would have a seam. The sleeve is open and shoulders are bare and is meant to be long and flowing. The sleeve length from strap to bottom is 28” but part of that is inside the shoulder and not where a seam would be. The elastic sits a little higher than waist if you’re tall.
