Ivory drop shoulder tunic with ruffles at bottom

Ivory drop shoulder tunic, ruffled Rohim bottom higher at sides. Approx 32” at underarm and 30” length higher at sides. I wore with tank under, kind of sheer and high on sides. Gently worn and cared for. Material is very soft.
