Stretchy, comfy floral blouse features a ruffle detail on the neckline. Can be worn as off-the-shoulder or sleeveless blouse. Photo is admittedly in wrinkly condition, but if laid to dry flat, or hung to dry, shirt remains unwrinkled. Only worn once - in great condition!
