Ivory/Cream Sheer, Cincher Dress XS

NWT Laymy brand dress. Its an off white/ivory/cream color. The top part of the dress is sheer and has an attached string tied waist cincher (on front & back). The cincher part cannot be removed but it can be adjusted via strings. The bottom portion of the dress has 3 tiers of fabric. Extremely lightweight. The straps are adjustable. The back has a hook and eye closure that goes halfway down the back. This dress would fit a size XS and/or a waist that is 26.5" or less. Make an offer!😊
