@mymemory62005 Laying flat it's about 18”. I'm a 36DD and it fits (I can zip it up), but I just feel too restricted. There's not any stretch to it.

Has this been near any pets (mostly cats) or strong scents? I have terrible allergies/asthma and just got a beautiful dress but I’ve been trying to get a strong chemical scent out of it for over a week now without total success, so I’m nervous to purchase a dress that isn’t new without asking…(the other dress wasn’t from you obviously!)
