If anyone knows this brand, they know this style is synonymous with it! It's a classic for a reason. The upper is smocked with a tiered bottom, puff sleeves with elastic, and a tie in the back. You can see the tie is a little frayed. I would say the up close with the tag shows more of the true color. I wear a small-medium; I'm 5'2 and it hits right above the ankle on me. I usually wore it out on nicer dates (plenty of room to eat all the things with the smocking lol).
