Ivy + Main Black Shirr Casual Dress

Ivy + Main mini dress from Tillys, new with tags! Black base dress with varying vintage floral. Dress is marked XL but runs small/short, would recommend as a size L though may fit the XL as it has lots of shirring along the dress. The shirring starts from the where the pit/sleeve meets the dress to the bottom ruffle (as seen in the last two pics) Fun for spring and summer
