Ivy and Blue sleeveless dress

Simply gorgeous and very flattering Ivy & Blue dress in sapphire blue. Shirring at waist and in the back bodice. Neckline crosses over, not too low cut. Bodice is lined. Skirt has loose pleats. Great for dancing. Hidden back zipper. Pit to pit is 18 inches. Length is 40 inches, I am 5’7” and it is knee length on me. Dry cleaning tag attached, worn once for a special occasion.
