Ixia Floral Skirt with Hip Buttons

Bright blue with red and white flowers. There are accent strips of material around the waist (probably need to be ironed out) with white piping. Also white buttons. This is cute - I just only maybe wear it for Fourth of July, so it’s time to make room.
