Empire waist and fitted through the top, ties in back or front. Slight padding in bust. Subtle elastic along upper back lays flat but allows for some extra stretch for a better fit at bust. Cotton fabric (97%) with stretch (Spandex 3%). Can be worn with petticoat for exaggerated playful pinup model or rockabilly look. Made in USA. Not ModCloth but they make the exact same style in different patterns.
