Pre-loved but in good used condition is this black and white striped dress with appliqué flowers on the chest/shoulder from Iz Byer. Has loops to attach a wide belt at the waist of skirt, and zips up the back. Hem hits jay above the knee. Would be a great office or career wardrobe piece. Size 3.
