Gorgeous teal dress by Iz Byer One shoulder Top of one sleeve is split Elastic around waist that creates a blouson effect Fully lined Elastic along top seam at bodice area Belt loops at waist area but no belt with dress (loops can be removed if belt is not wanted) Hammered Charmeuse fabric In excellent, new condition NWT (I removed the tag to wash it as it had a little spot that I wanted to make sure would come out) No flaws Pit to pit is approximately 17” Length is approximately 33” Pictures appear more blue but dress actually has a little more green in it than seen in pictures).
