Izabel Lam New York Vintage Black Silk Paneled Blue Sequin Skirt

Gorgeous black vintage silk skirt. Has pockets. The closure is missing a piece. Tag says size 6 but the waist measures about 12” across laying flat. A size 6 in the 1980’s is about a 24” waist (which is what I’ve measured) and would be around a size 0-2. 100% silk, not lined.
