dfarco @ajk310 hi sorry for my delay! I’m a 24 usually these fit perfect - I’m also only 5’3 and I have muscular legs but a tiny waste - could they fit better in my waste? Absolutely! But then the legs would look too tight .. tons of stretch - hope that helps!
