J. CREW 1035 Bi-Stretch Black Blazer 14T -see measurements

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cmendez1980. It's a gorgeous blazer and I'm bummed it doesn't fit how I prefer. It seems to run a little smaller than a 14 on me., i.e. it doesn't button. For comparison, I just bought (on Poshmark) a J Crew size 14 Regent blazer and I can button it. Maybe it’s this style and it’s meant to be worn that way. Sleeves have been altered shorter but can easily be taken out to original length, see photo. See additional photos with measurements. Thanks for checking it out!
