J. Crew black and white design skater skirt. Full skirt with two liners, one attached to the other to give more fullness. Skirt is pleated all around to add to the fullness. 1-1/2” waistband, zips in the back. Waist laying flat 16”, length 17.5”. Very well made, great condition.
