The knit texture of this dress *could* deem it a “sweater” dress, but it is made of extremely lightweight 100% cotton and could be worn any time of year, even in warmer months. Minuscule underarm pilling & light discoloration at very bottom of dress (on the rear side). See photos for reference. This 100% Cotton shift is washable and discoloration removable. Sleeves are elbow-length.
