The 100% silk fabric is substantial, the fit is flattering and the floating back fabric around the back zipper is icing on the cake, very alluring. I find it appropriate for work or dressing up, so versatile. The skirt falls about 26" from the waist -- the waist is higher in the front than in the back, the hem also dips slightly in the back as well, another subtle design detail.
