J Crew Black Velvet pants. Size 2. Beautiful drape. A nice loose fit. Slightly gathered cuffs -- not tight like joggers, just a slight gather. Rich black velvet, loose fit, elastic waist. Great with heels or flats, easy to wear. Worn once. Perfect condition. Original tie from waist was taken out, but I have it and can be put back in, or worn without for a flat front.
