gardenia20 @deborahjem hi first I apologize for not answering right away I was on a business trip. My daughters wrist measures 6 1/2 inches tightly around. She is 23 years old and very petite. The bracelet fits comfortably on her it's a bangle it has a bit of room but does not slip off at all. If you're interested buy away. I can ship ASAP
